As a Social Media Director, your primary task will be leading the Social Media Team. You will work with the Marketing Director to take marketing strategies and implement them into the social media department. About The Position

About The Position
As a Social Media Content Strategist you play a critical role in assuring that our content across social media is not only beautiful, but also effective. You will build a creative team of one photographer, one videographer, one graphic designer and a few freelance models. You will spearhead this role and create a photo studio in the Orange County, CA office. This is one of the few roles that isn't 100% remote since you'll have a full studio and work with models. In this role you'll take the marketing strategies from the Marketing Director and create a creative strategy, plan a shoot, hire models, bring in your team and make it happen. You have free rein in creativity and resources to make the best type of content. Besides the on-going marketing campaigns, you'll also create content for new product launches or any trending content. We'll rely on you to guide the creative of the whole company.
Main Responsibilities
- Ideation, strategy and management of all creative assets for the brand
- Working closely with all marketing teams to ensure there is a consistent flow of creative assets
- Working closely with the creative team to ensure creative assets requested are produced correctly according to the vision of the marketing team
- Team member will be responsible for gathering all creative assets for the brand including but not limited to media buying, organic social (as needed), website.

We're looking for someone with deep understanding of the Christian influencers (micro + macro) as well as the Christian Celebrities and industry events.

About The Position
The Charity Development Manager is in charge of all the philanthropy activities at Love in Faith. This includes sponsoring mission trips, donating to church groups, and our Acts of Kindness social media campaign. You'll be responsible for spearheading this department, creating strategies and procedures, setting budgets, and cultivating relationships with our audience. You will also be in charge of creating scripts for our Acts of Kindness campaigns (similar to Jimmy Darts' videos). Eventually you'll manage a team to take those on including videographer and speaker.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day to day conversations with our audience, related to our Charity Department
- Create budgets and strategies for giving back
- Take lead of the Acts of Kindness campaign, including coming up with ideas, writing a script, acting it out (or growing a team to do that), etc. Here's an example of the first one we did.

Love in Faith is looking for a product developer to innovate and expand our Product Line. This includes; creating and developing new products and improving existing products. The responsibilities of a product developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists, and sourcing goods.
To be successful as a product developer, you should have e commerce and design knowledge, solid knowledge of the design process, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, a good product developer should be highly innovative, possess the ability to problem-solve and work well within a team.

- Creating and enhancing products that fill a need in the market or allow Love in Faith to remain competitive.
- Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.

Love in Faith is in search of a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. Positions offered will be full-time. Must be familiar with what is currently trending in the woman’s fashion industry. Ideal candidates will be comfortable and eager to collaborate with team members on projects, provide new ideas, create material that fits our brand style, and has previous design work involving merchandise.
Previous original work will be considered and reviewed upon application submission.

About The Position
We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Accountant to join our amazing team! This is a multi-faceted role, encompassing all accounting functions within a fast growing e-commerce company. The right candidate will have experience with the unique needs of a well established online seller.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations to ensure all financial data is captured completely and accurately.
- Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P, Cash & GL's.
- Accounts Receivable: manage E-commerce flow, daily billings for wholesale, post customer payments
- Accounts Payable: enter and receive purchase orders, process vendor invoices, 3-way match, including working with authorized department signers on coding and approval issues. Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments for all method of payment, expense of payment, expense management and reconciliations
- Reconcile bank statements / credit cards, reimbursement
- Manage month and year-end close processes and prepare timely financial statements.
- Manage inventory & COGS accounting, including reconciliation of inventory accounts. Inventory flow process– accounting and reconciliations.
