E-Commerce Community Manager (Content Creator)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative E-Commerce Community Manager with a strong focus on content creation to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with our online community, driving brand awareness and customer loyalty, and producing high-quality content across various social media platforms.
The role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and goals.
  • Develop high-quality and engaging content specifically for our brand's Facebook group, ensuring that posts align with our group's objectives and resonate with our members.
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and leverage social media trends to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that support the brand's marketing and sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure the brand's content remains relevant and effective.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors, encouraging user-generated content and enhancing the brand's visibility within our Facebook group community.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with key product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the social media team during livestream events, actively engaging with the audience and providing support in the comments section, as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative skills and the ability to develop compelling visual content.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools to monitor and measure performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design software, as well as a solid understanding of social media platforms, is required for this position.
