Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update. You can also login to your account and view your order details for more information. 

Please email as soon as possible with your order number and new address so our team can attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Please note, Love in Faith is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We accept returns within 30 days from when the order was delivered. Items must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition. We are unable to accept returns for seasonal items, however seasonal items may be exchanged for a different size. To book your return, visit here.

Please note: Gift Cards, Final Sale Items and Limited Edition Items are ineligible for returns. Original shipping costs paid for the order are non-refundable. 

Please email as soon as possible with your order number and details of your request. On some occasions, we are unable to edit or cancel orders. However, we will do our best to try and assist depending on the order status.

To cancel your subscription or membership, login into your account and click on subscriptions. You will have the option to manage your subscription there.

If a subscription order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order. We will cancel the subscription going forward. You are welcome to book a return for an unwanted subscription order here within 30 days of the order being delivered.

Size exchanges are 100% FREE! The item(s) being returned must be postmarked within 30 days from the day you received your order. Please note only one exchange per item per order will be accepted. To book your exchange, visit here.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our items! If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the order being delivered by emailing with a clear photo of the issue and brief description. We will be happy to assist!

We are sorry to hear you are missing an item from your order! Please email with your order number and name of the item(s) missing. We will be happy to assist!

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please email with your order number, a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item. We will be happy to assist!

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management that may have collected the package for you. 

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier. If you need additional assistance, please email us at so we can assist further!

Our size chart is located by clicking on an item and "Size Guide" located above the sizes. Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat and straight across. Our items run true to size, unisex fit. We recommend choosing the size you normally wear and love.
