Privacy Policy — Miracle Worker

Miracle Worker ("the App") is provided by LoveInFaith ("we", "us"). This policy explains what
information the App collects when you install it on your Shopify store, why we collect it, and what
we do with it.
Information we collect
When you install the App, Shopify gives us access to your store according to the permissions you
approve. The App requests access to products only.
We store the following:

Store identity — your store's
.myshopify.comdomain and the access token Shopify issues so
the App can act on your behalf.
- Your App settings — the label templates you create, duplication profiles and rules, and your
preferences within the App.
- Records of what the App created — which products the App generated from which source product,
and when labels were generated, so re-running an action updates existing work instead of
duplicating it.
- Usage counts — the number of times you generate labels or run the duplicator each month, used
to apply plan limits.
We read product information from your store (titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices, options,
tags, metafields, and images) in order to generate labels and create the products you ask for. This
information is read when you use a feature and is not stored on our systems beyond what is described
above.
We do not collect, access, or store customer data, order data, or payment information.
How we use information
We use the information above solely to operate the App: to authenticate your store, to save your
settings, to generate the labels and products you request, and to apply the limits of your chosen
plan. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where information is stored
Store settings and records are held in a Postgres database and object storage provided by Supabase.
The App itself runs on Google Cloud Run. Both are located in the United States.
Generated label PDFs are stored so you can download them again. Labels generated for a single
variant are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within one hour.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share your information with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to
run the App (Supabase and Google Cloud), and Shopify itself. We may disclose information if required
by law.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your label templates and duplication profiles at any time from within the App.
When you uninstall the App, we mark your store as uninstalled and stop using its access token.
Shopify then sends us a data-erasure request, normally 48 hours after uninstall, at which point we
delete your store's settings, records, and stored files.
Products, labels, and other content the App created in your Shopify store belong to you and are not
affected by uninstalling; removing them is up to you.
You can also ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the
information we hold about your store, or to object to its processing. Contact us to make a request.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California privacy rights
We are based in California. The information the App holds relates to your business and your store,
not to individual consumers, and we do not collect personal information about your customers.
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to information we hold about you:
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding
twelve months. We do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- Categories collected. Identifiers (your store domain and the email address you contact us
from) and commercial information (your App settings and records of actions the App performed).
- Purpose. Solely to operate the App, as described above.
- Sources. Directly from you, and from Shopify when you install the App.
- Retention. For as long as the App is installed, then deleted as described under
"Data retention and deletion".
- Your rights. You may request to know what we hold, to delete it, or to correct it, and we will
not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Make a request by emailing the address
below; we may need to verify that you control the store in question.
International users
Information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, including
the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, using the App involves transferring your
information to the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was
last revised.
