    High quality, heavy duty plastic I think will keep the covers decent for the whole year, the large ring binders helps lay the book flat which helps a great deal with writing, love the messages, plenty of room to write appointments or special days on monthly calendar and weekly calendar, I needed to get organized bad and this has done the job for me, love that it started in August of 2025 and goes through December of 2026, I have a strong feeling I'll buy another one next year.
